it was a holiday base for our really comfortable stay. everything was good, hotel offers amazing service and stunning location. it was silent, good enough for a stopover. really helpful staff and great restaurant.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and fairly clean inside, I loved it. Simply stunning view, a small balcony, spacious bed, too. Some staff members were charming. The place was metres from the heart of Merida. Beautiful lobby.

All in all, great value for money. Helpful stuff, everything very clean and location is nice. TV and cable television in the room where nice. It was within short walking distance to Merida city center...
